1/ Former Lake Worth Chamber of Commerce Director, Ramiccio, who never wanted to open the finacial books of OUR Chamber of Commerce,while making money of Lake Worth's Evenings on the Avenue, beer sales!!!!!!,overcharged entertainment, as proven by a merchant,

ask volunteers about that money,so that he was forced by the Commission,

to get lost!

Leaving a Lake Worth Chamber, one which never knew how to promote Tourism with professional publicity methods, which I have used, succesfully!

Result : Lake Avenue businesses exodus! Sparse tourism for our known quirky, Historic City with its' legion attractions,Palm Beach Island glorious Beach!!!!!!!!

But he took a big salary and his buddy, nadine a mysterious additon to that nefarious office.

2/ Broward County Builders' Associaton lobbyist, Lisa Maxwell who knows nothing about the inner workings of our 17 City Departments, which I studied, known for ill-manners at our P.& Z.

behavior, with outrageous brutal rudeness , to such a degree,totally unfit for any Board let alone Public Office,

that John Paxman, gentleman Chairman, had to admonish her,

with a down Maxwell!!!down Maxwell!!!!and eventually was forced to get lost too!

Now back to lobbying for Broward County! Move there!

This Maxwell is the only subject which did not move forward, as it did not wittness the progress

made at the urging of Citizens who know how and helped the City move forward,with an insulting 2 minutes to bring constructive input, not generated by Commissions in years, with consistent mentionig its progress generating possibilities.

Maxwell is behind because of total lack of interest in our City, only in the Mayoral seat, she is eminently unqualified for.

Laurence McNamara who is, eminenlty qualified, with known qualifications and protection of City Land , parks,properties and

elected Vice Chairman of LAKE WORTH Climat Control Board, succesfully, introduced environment protecing methods,preservation of energy etc.,pedigree proven by dignity,

was degraded and insulted, told he was not ,by the friends of Anarchist Cara and are now pushing Candidate # 3 , who is
