Lake Worth Commissions paupers mentality kept Palm Beach Island Commercial rents at slum levels!

Until this day past Lake Worth City Commissions with poverty mentality, for the past 21 years,I witnessed, have kept our valuable Palm Beach island Commercial property value rents, at 1/10 of their value,keeping us from sustaining our City according to it's potential..

Today,
a MAKE QUICK COMMISSION broker,(suckers don't know anyway,) brought in the same level prospects,($15,00 per sq ft.),
for OUR Oceanfront,.2nd floor,prime, glamorous Palm Beach island location.The Chamber of Commerce never spoke up about this disservice.

The new Commission Chair,Triolo knows Palm Beach Island, is aware of the value of OUR Commercial spaces in OUR soon to be finished, elegant Lake Worth Casino building,with many millions in revenue potential,
if not given away by Cheap Rentals(quick Commissions) brokers Specialists, looking for victims., and mismanagement by unqualified,inexperienced ont that level, staff!

Lake Worth Casino is Proof that Lake Worth has architecturally evolved to International level,despite sabotage of the subversive ,anti succes, element of this town.Commissions are elected to improve ,and raise the quality of live in the Town.

Proof of characterless, primitive,crude building construction is attached to it,in the form of a hostile, concrete box,like the one on Lake Avenue, no one wants, because of total lack of appeal and as used for German cannon boxes on the Oceanfronts.

John Romano is stuck with it!Is that why we have to pay his construction man, for the creation of a same hostile ,concrete box,
next to our gracious Mediterranian style refined architectural treasure?

by the refined,estethically sensitive Architect, William Waters
with R.E.G.contractors , a Co.with a $1000,000,000,- Oceanfront building experience.

A negative wannabee College Park subversive,who never achieved anything like this, attempted to show R.E.G. ignorant of building Laws.

It hoped, that Lake Worth would not have as heritage, proof, that it is capable of creating a revenue source ,with refined architectural style.

People with ugly lives want ugliness around them.
They do not speak for majority of L.W.Taxpayers with good taste and refinement.!

The present Commission will show if they respect our Heritage 's high value, by accepting only tenants with apropriate Palm Beach Island Oceanfront lease levels, financially qualified, with background checks,

unlike Greater Bay,who after 2 years still could not submit satisfactory Financials, we had to remove.
