First act of new Lake Worth Comission:We shall present all resident tax payers a $7,000,000,- Budget Deficit

Commission members are elected to improve the quality of life and economy of the City they are entrusted with.
Only gross negligence and mismanagement, reigns in Lake Worth,sofar, with high crime rates, drugdealers' paradise welcomed,with no laws stopping them,domestic abuse, prostitution, corrupt decisions by employees, unoverseen by the Commisssion.
A few examples:Ex Utility Dir.Adair, created an unnecessary boondoggle electric.conversion from 4.5KV to 26.4KV only needed for long distance transmissions, like 50 or 100 miles! Ignored, approved by the Commission.Lost $6,500,000,-.
Lake Worth is 5 miles square!!!!Approved by Commission of our City with removing and replacing 1Million dollars worth of copper wire of our poles,disappeared without a trace????Under Mike McMnaman,the purchse agent, who maintained an open warehouse(I drove by at night) and many duplicate unoverseen,or verified purchase orders pushed for years, through the Consent Agendas ,by lazy,irresponsible,pompous,Commission members, as was proven by Bill Coackly,while Lake Worth Electric Task Force investigative body, Chairman.This McManaman is now doing buying for the CRA with outrageous questionable practices, as mentioned in the Palm Beach Post,and testified to, by several Citizens who own many multiple properties and Contractor firms,among them longitme resident taxpayers Peter Timm and C.Celi.
Solution for relieving the Deficit:
Redistrict the CRA to our blighted District South of 6th avenue South ,East and West od Dixie, will generate millions into our General Fund.
CRA is now in our most lucrative District, a mistake of a previous Commission, never corrected to the serious economic detriment of our City.CRA mission to be placed in blighted districts, to alleviate blight, not collecting taxes from lucrative districts for profligate spending,while the City suffers Deficits!!!!
Which responsible Commission will correct this?Do it's job?

This will generate millions ,now(proven many years) wasted by the CRA and recently spent outside Lake Worth,improving other Town economies.
A responsible Commisssion will correct this longtime mistake and reduce the Deficit it wants to create,by 1 to 2 million.
Demand return of the $1,000,000,- copper wire disappeappeared under McManaman when purchasing agent and who purchased the replacement kind.
For the simple minded; water means life!Those who control it control the economy and life!Criminal Commission members would give it away! Who did that for Aqua?
Publish the Aqua America, Water Monopoly Co. Contract which guarantees them a 100% profit.Find the termination conditions of that devious Contract, terminate it, and sell our water with 100% profit,for Lake Worth taxpayers who paid for the R.O.Plant and maintenance.
Laurence McNamara's suggestion to bottle our R.O. water and sell , will bring $3 to $5 million in revenue, if handled and marketed correctly!Sofar the commission ignored it but promises hurting the City with a $7,000,000,- Deficit, in its' First Year!
How much second year?$14,000,000/
Do they intend to grossly mismanage the Lake Worth Casino, so that it does not generate revenue, as it is capable, under appropriate management, and knowledgeable over of the Commission! That is no Burger King!
If the $7,000,000,- Deficit passes because of ignoring revenue generating resources in Lake Worth, it is time for Annexation to the County or odious West Palm Beach!
