Lake Worth Admistration with $7million dollar Deficit,wants to sell its' Utility which generates the majority of it's general Fund,which pasy for all City services,when according to PSC rules, that buyers, can recoup his purchase money by charging the Lake Worth Citizens, by adding it to their rates!!Ignorence made their primitive Commission sign a 40+ year giveaway lease of their public Beach with unlimited construction time rights,usurping a youn Mayor Drautz's signing authority,by Nadine Burns, Retha Lowe and Dave vespo Commission members, who did not want responsibility for amintaing Lake Worths's Palm Beach ilsand 20 acres Oceanfront Beach, given to its'Citizens to raise the Town's ecniomic level, by the Brelsford family.

Lake Worth Commission with 7 million dollar Defocit as achievement, in its' small Town, does not know that part of it can be alleviated by redistricting the CRA(Communit Redevelopemnt Agency) into the right area accordinbg to its' mission,into the most blighted area, 6th Ave.So.,West Of Dixie, would return the revenue of the City's most lucrative Distrcit,its' Downtown,to its'General Fund, which pays for all City services for its' Citizens.This Deficit inspite of millions contributed by the City's Utility Dept.so neglected by irresponsible administrations, that they accepted $1.000.000.- a year disappearance.Not one has inspected that Dept.with this years'$300,000,- Utility bills not mailed out to its' consumers.
A lazy,stupid group wants to get rid of this vitally important for a sustainable City,Citizen owned Dept.,sell it without any knowledge of the procedures and impact. Pure psycho talk.
That stupid element does not knwo, that whoever buys that electric generation plant from these irresponsible idiots(ask Greater Bya Co.)at theft prices, can recoup that purchase money ,by charging rates inclusive of their.PSC of Fla. rules!Then, the Citizens have to buy electricty on the open market sold by pirates, who most produce profits for their Corporations and charge as extortionate rates as they wish. The poor in Lake Worth will not abe able to afford this human life necessity! Thanks to these inhuman creatures. Who voted this element into Lake Worth City Commission Offices? It is virtually impossible to get a City ,a licence to generate electricity according to federal Government regulations,as they want to Controll the revenue stream of present big gangs of extortionate rated electricity selling Corporations.The lazy,irresponsible simpletons want to hurt Lake Worth and its' Citizens for the entire future and make them work for the profits of the pirates' profits,they however must too,they do not realize!
