The present selfglorifying Lake Worth Fl.,City Commission refuses their duty,to redistrict the CRA(Community Redevelopment Agency)to the most blighted area,where its' mission mandates, it belongs:6th Ave. South,West of Dixie.It is in the City's most lucrative District Donwtown,where it grab the tax increement money for our General Fund, now with $7,000,000,- Defict, cutting Citizens tax payers services!CRA represnts taxation without representation thanks to irresponsible Lake Worth Commissions!

The Lake Worth CRA has for 20+ years taken Lake Worth General Fund money due from the City's most lucrative district,taxincrements, spends Citizens tax money with no accountability,because of the irres[onsibility Commission.The Lucerne builder(whose Family built Wellington Green mall, told the Commission he would not make enough profit, with his Lake Worth Downtown athmosphere distroying concrete box, with 13 violations of our building and Code Laws,and omission of promised 110 mandatory public parking psaces to be built by him.
A corrupt Commission and Plan.&Zoning Board approved all violations,
the CRA gave him $1.200,000,- in tax exemptions,which Lake Worth Citizens are now still paying! The CRA does not account for spending to the Public of Public money.
Taxation without represntation!
Ever heard of it?It cost England its' colony,America! This Commission make one significant,City serving Act, their Duty:
Redistrict the CRA to where it belongs: in 6th Ave. South, West of Dixie,
and restore our rightful revenue from our most lucrative Distric Downtown Lake Worth,
and restore that revenue where it belongs:IN OUR GENERAL FUND.
A City serving Lake Worth Commission would end this abuse by taxation without representation,
and abrogate the CRA NOW, to help our General Fund which service Citizens, not out of Town Contractors who demolish our Old Lake Worth character with its' demolition.
