Lake Worth previous and present Commission have not given a damn about the financial condition of the 90% below poverty level Citizens.
No one memebr who got elected with promises of reducing electricity rates, has cared about the dire finacial conditions(90% below poverty level a census determined) of Lake Worth Citizens, who have to live with the highest Utility rates,a service necessary for human lives.They had to chose between paying extortionate electric bills or buying food for their families!The Corporation to whom Commission with Romano sold our Electricity ,with proviso that we buy it back from them for double their purchase price, making the Lake Worth Citizenry work for their stockholders' profits and Dividends.Rick Miller who represented them, told the indifferent Commission that it would cost us $200 to $300 millions to exit that Contract.Miller is our Bond salesman at what rates?The Lake Worth Electric Chairman read the Contract, acopy of which is in my possesion, and found out that with 5 years notice we could get out of that extortionate,partly illegal Contract  which included confiscating our Utility plant 20 acres with a lease with no time limit,
WITHOUT PENALTY. Devious,odious Jeff Clemens, voted with his despicable cronies  on that Commission against exiting, and trangled our poor with 3 more years of paying the highest rates to his friends at FMPA.What reward?That dishonest creature is now conning people to give him a higher Govt.Office.Suckers ,wake up.When Electric Chairman left Town all technical info. was given to Laurence McNamara with the odious Contract and generation capacities info etc.etc. What have the plant managers been doing? We spent $34,000,000 on up grading our generations plant. Has one Commission member seen an invoice?Who did the work?What condition did our $34,000,000,- improvements,upgrades bring us?We have Engineers figures of the true value of our generators .To replace them would cost between $60,000,000 and $80,000,000,_!
Which lazy bum, despicable creature, wants to sell our life-long vital energy independance to a Big Coroporation, to amke Lake Worth Citizens work for the Profits and Dividends of the new Boss of the City???We pay taxes for???Throw those lazy bums out!
