10 years exposing negligence of A.L.L. Commission to see Code fines collected!

For 10 years I have put the uncollected Code fines before the Commissions, amount of uncollected Utility bills had been hidden from the taxpayers.
Primitive disrespectful behaviour of Utility payment Office employees,allowed!!!!by Commission aware of it for years!

Thanks to City manager Susan Stanton ,this will end.Those jobs were not appreciated, but used to abuse their paymasters, we the taxpayers.

Our money will now pay professionals to collect our Utility bills,saving us millions ,salaries and uncollected ,ignored by employees and Commissions overdue bills.$300,000,- sofar ,plus C.M. discovered plus $150,000,- 2 year old undeposited check!! What else has not been deposited???Who will verify the outsourced , Co.? What about Code violations' millions??????

Lake Worth Commission culture of BUSINESS AS USUAL,
and ductape Citizen Advocates' eyes and NO FREE SPEECH,experienced May 25, at Compass, has just been guaranteed continuity!!!
We have a $4,500,000,- deficit? I know it not to be true!
Many new Commission members who know nothing about OUR City have no clue!!!!

Where has all that money gone?????An audit (Rachlin) showed much of it lost in an undetected corrupt manner!!! Is this acceptable Government???

10% of all 15,000 registered Lake Worth gullible, apathetic voters ,managed to get their way, to keep BUSINESS AS USUAL",with a promise of (Deficit and Slums) Heaven in Lake Worth.The new buildings' Department Head,Mr.Waters is a Law abiding and Citizens respecting Staff additon, who is thoroughly working at correcting the ignored deplorable conditions, and can ,if not hindered by the endless talk of the selfpromoting Tropical Ridge magpie, and its' selfpromotion,protected by the Commission.

In 10 years 20 million in violations over the years, were registered,10 million forgiven ,as Commissions and City managers, did not want to deal with them, helping slumlords, keeping Lake Worth slum areas as is!

I was given the list by the departing Code Director.Tried to show it the Commission but I was labeled" CONFRONTAIONAL",no true picture of mismanagement allowed.
Commission member Maxwell saw slum conditions, for the first time.He was Commission member 8 years ago, was he told????A Tropical self promoter joined him, with the usual negative comments, incapable of producing solutions, with results, only talk,talk,talk,talk,talk!The Commission does not allow me to mention public figures' wrong doing, they want it hidden,fearing loss of voters..
