Lake Worth outsourcing of simple job,collecting Utility bills!

Another example of the dismal failure of the Lake Worth Commission and management's Leadership!

An Audit was necessary to disclose $300,000,- uncollected Lake Worth Utility(not bakery bills) . How much more was not collected?$10,000,000 in Code Enforcement Fines!!!!!
Why do we have a $4,500,000 Deficit??? Really?

Lake Worth Administration has hired a Civil Engineer ,instead of an Electrical Engineer for our Electrical Utility plant, worth $100,000,000's .
She immediately fired our best respected electrical engineers who had 25 years,expertise in
electric energy generation, who blew the whistle on her. A civil engineer's expertise is water treatment.
She caused a $995,000,- damage to one of our transformers,wrongly switched on, sent to Geogia for repair.
In house repair with L.W. many Electrical engineers would have saved $400,000.Our Insurance would have covered it if she had not refused to follow Insurance Co. procedures. Her answer: I am not an Insurance expert!!!How dare she, why not with what she saw!!!!

As responsible Director of such plant, you read insurance protecting clauses, immediately.

She knew what she was dealing with, a devil may care, pompous ,management and a pompous blowhards Commission,know nothing about our plant group!
Throw around a few tehnical expressions and their eyes glass over!

The indifferent Commission approved the dispatch costing $100,000,- to Geogia, as they know nothing about Electric gneration ,and have shown to ignore it,by allowing this to happen.

Utility bills collection falls under the umbrella of the Utility Directors' accountability. They are not called LAUNDRY or bakery BILLS, but UTILITY BILLS!!!!!!
Outsourcing such a simple job because of failure of management,
to secure our revenues, will save us millions in payroll and benefits, and revenue losses to management failure!

Those negligent employees, soon to be replaced by out of Town employees, may thank their present Utility Director for the necessary loss of their jobs!

Congratulations Lake Worth for spending our money AGAIN( you completely allow
CRA) out of Town, not on our unemployed!!
