Hiring method of a new Lake Worth City Manager ,with potential for hiring insiders' mischief.

Unopposed elected,Commission member Scott Maxwell, coerced his fellow 2 new Commission members, Amoroso and Triolo,to avoid hiring a new City manager through open, transparent, procedure, with specialized Head Hunters
whose expertise brought us the only most efficient,pro-active according to that domain's professional,City Manager Susan Stanton. She knew every Dept. and implemented, efficiency and accuracy. This resulted in her discovery of 13 years uncollected sewage treatment funds of 7 surrounding Towns, leaving us with $13,580,000,- unpaid fees.
At that point Maxwell convinced his fellow newcomers to throw her out,the only crude way to describe their method of dismissing the only, most professional(18 years experienced) City Manager.
In 2003 Maxwell was on the Commission,at which point we were already owed $6,000,000,- in unpaid Sewage treament fees. Why did he not have it collected? What was he doing.
He proposed the Contract with FMPA, which strangled Lake Worth Citizens, with sky high electric bills, businesses with the highest rates in the States.
I hope Commission members Triolo and Amoroso can think for themselves, and know that they have no experience in Municipal management, and therefore will prevent insiders' hiring to promote and revive the culture of corruption, eradicated by Susan Stanton's,
unpopular strict procedure following management.
How much did they collect of what we paid 13 years salaries for?
A Head Hunter firm would be able to provide us with an equally professional replacement. No cozy insiders deals through them.
