Lake Worth VM allowed $6,000,000,- sewage treatment bills to go uncollected ,from our surrounding Town,when in Office 2001-2003,did not even know we were treating sewage for those Towns(which?).But he voted for the Contract with the most expensive electric source FMPA, which forced us to sell our generated electricity to them ,and buy it back for double what they gave us.Did all enjoy the highest electric bills in the County???What does hte Commssion know about our gas pipeline?

against reconstruction of our Lake Worth Palm Beach Island Casino, the most important revenue generating project,if managed with Palm Beach level Commercial rates by people of that level..
The present simple Commission thinks that our Palm Beach Island land is equal to Riviera Beach.
With no idea of those rates,they found a broker who practices:
lease at lower rates,you'll generate quick Commission .
The Assist.C.M.promoted a West Palm Beach such broker,the Commission swallowed the stories and wild claims, whole!
This West Palm Beach, not Lake Worth Realtor,was given EXCLUSIVE rights to rent all Commercial spaces in OUR taxpayers' Casino on OUR Palm Beach Island land! He will quickly get $200,000,- Commission for a below market level Commercial rental rate for our prime location, majority of its' Palm Beach Island Ocean front building space.Thanks to this Commission!A raunchy environment does not bring affluent tourism and Palm Beach Condo residents(8000) surrounding our casino!!!!
Only a simple quick fix,no thorough research doing Commission would bring down the value of our Palm Beach location, to a level they are comfortable with(greasy spoon?), not what would bring the most revenue ,to OUR City..,needed for our economic sustainability,
the purpose of the gift of the Brelsford family of this land to Lake Worth!!!!
An upscale restaurateur,I contacted flew down from OHIO,(Co is traded on the stockmarket),upon learning of the Oceanfront Palm Beach Island Casino location,(I sent pictures to Ohio CEO Office)
to examine the space,loved the Oceanfrontage, was told: " it is leased to a Riviera Beach outfit"
He flew back after he
opened an elegant one in Boca.Reasonably priced, gourmet Tuscan food ,white table cloth,dignified decorated,establishments.
