Scott Maxwell Commission member 2001-2003 ignored non payment of millions by 7 surrounding Towns for sewage Treatment of $1,000,000.- per year.

Scott Maxwell ,Commission member in 2001-2003 ignored the non payment for our sewage treatment services of 7 surrounding Towns,
for $1,000,000,+ per year plus our employees salary costs,
to perform that service.
This non payment has been going on since 1997!
Susan Stanton uncovered this default of 13 years ,ignored by all Commissions ,till her City managership.He resented the fact that she has 18 years of City management, and consistent tried to find fault with her,

instead of creating a project which generates revenue!.
Were his crude attacks at every Meeting,
a cover up for his and fellow Commission members,
incompetence to contribute anything constructive, revenue generating project, with a result of $4,500,000,- deficit,only propose projects which cost money!!!
Unverified consent Agenda expenditures?Wasteful travel expenses without results benefitting our City?
CUT THE TRAVEL BUDGET FOR DO NOTHING COMMISSION MEMBERS,NOW!
Instead of destructive comments and attacks:
He should have used our Commission seat, to force the Lake Worth CRA ,into a blighted area,(SOUTH OF 6TH AVENUE SOUTH) where they belong, to alleviate blight,
not collect and waste our T.I.F.money from our most lucrative district!

Or does he even know what the mission of a CRA is?
It is Not enrich itself in a most lucrative City district.
He can still prove his usefulness by correcting the CRA district, and generating T.I.F. money to our general fund,reducing the Deficit.
Misinterpretation, of its' mission and total ignorance and indifference has allowed the CRA to bleed the City, and waste our money,with corrupt, projects and profligate spending!
We have no employee with City management experience ,in this economic
crisis!No revenue !
But the Dixie Highway-College Park raunchy supporters ignoring the merits of the first professional City manager of Lake Worth are with him!!!They want disorder as their primitive, low brow behavior proves.Dixie Highway(Alcoholics and druggy paradise) is no Harbor Drive.
