Solution for cleaning up rundown houses(most historic), at hand for years!!!!

Lake Worth population consists of 90% living at or below poverty level, barely being able to live in their homes,10% above.
Their lack money for maintenance: grinding poverty.

The City Commissions which have refused thusfar,
to redistrict the Lake Worth CRA,
which is placed in the most lucrative district,(Downtown) instead of in the blighted ones, as their mission is, is causing more nuisances to grow.

Redistricting would have given the City Commission access with the Lake Worth CRA, to NSP $23,400,000 grant money , to alleviate blight, e.i.,restore nuisance buildings and create affordable housing, while maintaining our City character!!!

The present CRA has spent most of our Lake Worth CRA money out of Town and with outrageous money give away, questionable purchses for low value properties! Ask tax payers,Mrrs. Celi., and Timm.

Nuisances could have been non-existent,if the City Commissions had taken their resposibility seriously, by redistricting the CRA,
and saved the City $200,000 for UNNECESSARY DEMOLITIONS,which in reality, were prospective affordable houses,and would keep the character of our City, which is the attraction, not vacant condos.

Taxing the poorest for the Commissions' refusal to redistrict the CRA, will cause more homelesness.That is not what the Commission was elected for!
But:

to improve the quality of life of our poorest,
by redistricting the profligate spending of our money CRA, to our blighted areas, where it belongs.
This CRA refuses to maintain projects it created.Loose pavers Downtown,(accidents) their overpaid by millions,no publib bids,
Gateway projects. Where is the business we were promised with those???Abolish the CRA!!!
My knowledge of all that needs correction,has kept me from being allowed on any City Board, by neglectful,Commission members, who prefer their total lack of oversight and maintain petty Fiefdoms unknown to them, their toxic mushrooms!!

Many Cities have abolished their CRAs because of their crooked, profligate spending of Government monies, as they take advantage of the total lack of Commission oversight, and spend as they personally wish..Lake Worth CRA has an old purchaser,switched from his Fiefdom!Why?McManaman!!!!
Those CRA/Commissions have assumed the responsibility for their blighted areas with those monies, instead.
