Lake Worth City Commission refuses responsibility for C.R.A.

Part of Lake Worth unnecessary Budget Deficit,is a result of lack of oversight in all Departments $7,000,000,- Budget deficit is due to refusal of responsibility over the profligate out of Town Lake Worth money spending ,of L.W. C.R.A.,like Boynton Beach.
(Grant was given to restore blight in Lake Worth, to maintain it's character(not recent ugly concrete boxes,cheapest construction most charged, method!!!

Incorporation of CRA,
(which belongs in our blighted district as it's mission mandates)

, into the Commission generates revenue from the City's most lucrative district.
It is now buying brand new luxury Townhomes and having "restoration" done
by out of Town Contractors.One of them Canatelli Builders,Inc.of Pompano Beach,which was given among many major projects, the Artists-Townhomes approx.$4,000,000,- Contruction order. Lake Worth Contractors were denied that project participation.Who made that deal?For what compensation?No public open market bidding accesible to Lake Worth unemployed Contractors!!!!

Not everybody is stupid in Lake Worth,or talks loud abrasive psyco talk like the former Palm Beach Golf Course toiletbowls cleaner, now wannabee Dixie Hwy/College park inhabitant, covering up ignorance.

The City of Lake Worth has no Insurance for engagement of volunteers for City Hall Confidential work.

City Clerk Pam Lopez,our employee, has decided to ignore that City's liability,and hired the most abrasive,primitive, vulgar resident ,to give her known volunteer, access to all Citizens' private information and do what with????

Which City attorney recommended it without examining for Lake Worth profits sharing, or should have advised no deal?Payola?
Guaranteeing Aqua Florida /America 100% profit, stockholders and executives, millions in bonusses and dividends?
While we are forced to accept a $7,000,000,- Deficit??
with a $69,000,000,- Utility improvement Debt?With overcharged services, never put out for public bidding against our Charter and Ordinances??Who verified?
Lake Worth voters who voted for whatever is sitting in Our Commission seats,
voted for 'BUSINESS AS USUAL'???Don't complain when you find out your are cheated at electioneering time! You O.D.ed on their Kool Aid, now swallow the results!Don't choke!
