Lake Worth has done sewage treatment for 7 surrounding Towns for 15 years, and never billed them, accumulating a debt to Lake Worth of $13,597,802,-(Lake Worth herald,Dec.16-2010 P.Parrish.)

since 1997..Announcing a $7,000,000 Deficit with that uncollected money owed us,is outrageous,shows fiscal irresponsibility,never seen before in Lake Worth!
Who voted for this gang? Decker, Mulvehill with Xavier for her mayoral candidate, carson,Wittkin,Fitzpatrick(I am sorry Laurence,we are going with Xavier) and Silverblatt,&assoc.?Congratulations, hatred for me(watchdog) will not allow a good ,not sneaky,Candidate in our Office.!!!! Maxwell did vote against a revenue sharing creation plan, re-creation of our magnificent, 1921 Casino,
which the 7million dollar Deficit Commission just voted
to cripple,
by taking away upper level convenient parking for the handicapped, elderly and mothers carrying babies.

Our 2nd level has a Park with picnic amenities rarely used!!!!!

They voted to create out of that valuable,convenient, upper level parking land,
a park for their illegal aliens with their illegal brood, drugdealers, muggers, derelicts,parasites and hustlers ,prostitutes($3.- and $5,-ones)
their interpretation of a great First Impression,

to scare tourism away and discourage the surrounding well-off condo dwellers,prospective patrons with unlimited disposable incomes, from bringing much needed revenue.

Laurence and I battled for this revenue creating,
1921 Casino re-creation for 10 years!Not for the adjacent concrete hostile box of stacks of cement blocks.

Fellow taxpayers, we re-created our Jewel of the Goldcoast, to create revenue ,with convenient upper level parking.

First Impression by this $7,000,000,-Deficit Commission, will be that odious,dangerous park,with the dregs of the earth loitering ,

on the Intercoastal side,
the 3story high prison wall of stack of cement blocks(artitstic?) a Dead Design to prevent patrons from escaping a fire,
once behind that wall in a retail space ?
It needs 4 windows on each floor, for security,but that would make it look like a Live Design.
This wall will trap anyone in a fire behind this pile of cement blocks

, and encourage victims and families, to sue the City for conspiring to kill people in that public structure in case of fire. Is it a car repair- building?Buick has that type on Okeechobee!
