Concrete box next to Lake Worth elegant(REG) Casino

The R.E.G.Architectural restoration job of the 1921 Lake Worth Casino building on Palm Beach Island, is turning into a graceful, elegant edifice, both front and rear sides, where people can feel dignified and special.
The malicious $7,000,000,- Deficit Commission,

voted to cripple the new revenue source, by removing its' upper level convenient for patrons, handicapped, elderly, parking lot ,
for a Park for illegals, derelicts and assorted drugdealers, prostitutes, muggers, and parasites,
to scare patrons away from our restaurants a,Ballroom and retail spaces.

An existing perfect second level park with picnic amenities, is hardly used.

Adjacent to our elegant Casino building,, is a dead design growing , with a dead 3 story wall of solid concrete blocks ,in the tradition of prisons and mechanics repair shop buildings, meat processing plants.
Any one,
caught in a fire against this 3 ft. pile of cement blocks
(not called architecture in any Country)wall, will have no windows or doors to escape from, and be dead as in dead design.

The $7,000,000.- Deficit present Commission, does obviously not know that the view from A-1-A gives an impression of the wall of a penitentiary!
Other 3 story wall uses would have windows on each floor, and at least one gracefull arched door for escape.
A responsible Commission will demand this!It is not your prisonwall! It is responsible for the end result!!!!!

It is our First Impression from A-1-A!

There is no esthetic sense that would adopt this as a work of Art.It is cheap construction.

Concentration camps and Maximum security prisons have such structures, to prevent escape of criminals, this one is in a Palm Beach island resorts. It's boorish creator may have penitentiary building experience, with devious intend!

Our Beach is a resort Beach, not penitentiary!

First Impression specialist, what sayst thou????

Does the present $7,000,000 Deficit Commission care about the danger this 3 story solid cement wall represents?
Do they even care?
We need at least 4 windows on each floor and one door on the ground floor.
I shall bring this to the attention of our Fire dept.
Fellow Citizens, speak up against this atrocious First Impression!!!
