Lake Worth Florida is founded 1n 1913 by Pioneers on the West Bank of Lake Worth Lagoon, not on a Beach,like West Palm Beach,with its' misleading name.

A Lake Worth Commission member, Maxwell wants his coleagues to deceive tourist and the general public by pretending that Lake Worth is built on a Beach.Nothing is further from the truth. Wonderful ,intimate 1, 2 story Down Town is a perfect example of beautiful friendly Old Florida, far West Inland from the Lake Worth Lagoon/Intercoastal Waterway with a perfect 18hole golf course on same lagoon,buried by beglected overgrown hedges,The Comission does not care that it undermines the value of the Golf Course. Only their misguided personal Agnedas, like calling Lake Worth,
Lake Worth Beach ,belying the fact that the Town is land logged!!!Maxwell is the advocate for misleading the public.After a few drinks at Dave's Last Resort, one can see a Beach from the Bar,in one's alcoholic fumes,I wonder.A P.B.Post reporter unfamiliar with Lake Worth, is promoting misleading Tourists and public concurring with the alcoholic visions!
