lake Worth Palm Beach Island casino ,2nd floor prime restauarant space in danger of being given away with a bargain basement lease, presented by a slick, cheap clients,QUICK COMMISSIONS realtor, who knows irresponsible L.W.Commission does not do background checks or proof of funding,as they the Commission is indifferent to the finacial generation of lake Worth properties.

Lake Worth City Commission has never created a revenue generating project to improve financial health of the City. We have for 10 years insisted that this gang recreate Lake Worth 's own money magnet, the 1921 Mediterranean style Casino on Palm Beach Island Ocean Beach front.
This is finally realized by REG architects, . Its' second floor restaurant space, which even the simplest person knows ,is the most desirable., prime location, with Oceanbeachfrontage and view and Lake Worth Lagoon on its' West side,is in danger to the Citizens, of being made an economic loss, by the Commission genuflecting to a slick, QUICK COMMISSION WITH CHEAP CLIENTS PUSHING TO SUCKER COMMISSIONS,Realtor.
Lake Worth City Commission are known for not protecting Citizens properties, by signing agreement undermining the financial health of the City.
Standard price per sq..ft. Palm Beach Island  location, Oceanfront, is $35.- to $150.0 per sq. ft. that Commission never bothered to verify.The are there to promote themselves, look important with doing nothing to increase the City's revenue.
To undermine it they are keeping their CRA in the most lucrative Downtown area ,so no revenue from the District can support the General Fund to provide Citizens with services. They now have a $7,000,000,- deficit. The 2nd floor prime Palm Beach Island location lease will show how much the Commission respects the Citizens most valuable real Property location means. This project must be paid for with restaurant leases ,as well.Ballroom and Downstairs elegant Loggia stores will as well.Not initiated by Commissions for 10 Years.,ignored to sabotage Citizens interests by those Commissions!One stands out Maxwell, who has consistently voted against this citizens quality of life improving project

Mayor Gail Coniglio of Palm Beach would be the ideal tenant of our prime 2nd floor Oceanfront location.We have alerted Commission member mulvehill of this possibility.Will she contact her/ If not I shall. for one of her worthy of Palm Beach Location restaurants.She respect the value of Palm Beach Island locations!See hee Ch Cha, La Cucina, etc.
